Event Planning & Communications (for Church Events)

The PHPC staff is happy to help members plan and publicize their events and programs.

The first step in planning your event is assuring that it gets on the official church calendar. To submit your request to get on the calendar you must submit a Calendar Request Form to Betty Baldwin, the PHPC Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.

Event Planning Logistics

The event planning checklist (also on the back of the Calendar Request Form) contains helpful information about reimbursement, catering, event registrations, etc.


Working with the Communications Department

Once you have completed and submitted your Calendar Request Form, you may submit your publicity information to the Communications Department.
