The Mad Hatter's Tea presented by PHPC Presbyterian Women
Get out your best hat and make plans for the Mad Hatter’s Tea from 2-4 p.m. Saturday, April 1. PHPC’s Presbyterian Women will be serving delicious teas and tasty treats in Jubilee Hall. Join the fun with a favorite hat, vintage hat or a hat of your own creation for the hat contest! Discriminating jurors will do their best to select winners for the three categories: Most fanciful hat, the chicest hat, and the prettiest vintage hat.
The tea will also have several opportunities to win fabulous prizes made from donations by friends of PW, including an Italian basket, Spa basket, Garden basket, Tea basket, and many more.
All PHPC members, friends and family are welcome. Attendees may make reservations for childcare for those ages 5 and younger. No drop-in childcare will be available. You can purchase tickets in the Atrium every Sunday in March, or click the link above! Individual tickets will be $30 and tables of 8 will be $250. The last Mad Hatter’s Tea was sold out, so PW recommends that you get your tickets soon! If you have any questions, please contact Mary Beth Parker at 214-507-8775 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
All proceeds will benefit Presbyterian Children’s Homes and Services (PCHAS) and their “Connect for Hope” camp, a therapeutic camp for children and families who have experienced trauma and broken relationships. Over the past 114 years, PCHAS has created programs that greatly improve children’s lives enabling their recovery from abuse, abandonment, and other forms of neglect. See www.pchas.org
