It’s one of the most exciting days of your life! And one of the most cherished events a Christian family can share. PHPC wedding facilities are available to both church members and non-members alike, although members always take priority. For the large wedding, our sanctuary seats 800. For the more intimate affair, our chapel seats 150.
Weddings at Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church may be scheduled up to one year prior to the wedding date. However, priority is given to PHPC members, up to 120 days in advance. Members may request the minister of their choice, while non-members use the call schedule to determine which minister will perform the ceremony. Only one wedding at a time will be scheduled, with four hours between weddings. Weddings are scheduled through the Wedding Administrator by calling the church office.
Fees for weddings include building use fee, security deposit, and staff fees for the Minister, Organist, and Wedding Coordinator. All fees must be paid 30 days prior to the wedding. Members must have been members of PHPC for at least six months prior to the wedding date to qualify for member rates. All couples must complete our Marriage Preparation seminar prior to the actual wedding.
Non-members please note: A PHPC Minister must perform the wedding ceremony. Also, non-members can schedule the wedding date one year in advance, but confirmation of the requested date can only be made 120 days prior to the wedding. Members requesting the same date more than 120 days in advance will be given preference. PHPC's Wedding Policy regarding flowers, music, decorations, etc. must be followed and reception facilities are not available to non-members.
