Dear Preston Hollow Church Family,
This is a stressful time. Each new day brings new needs for decisions and flexibility in our individuals lives and in our communities. As a community of faith, we are blessed with an abundance of gifted, committed members and staff who are serving as valuable conversation partners.
You likely know by now that the City of Dallas has issued a public health emergency and has asked the public to comply with certain restrictions, including social distancing, to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus. In response, we will begin offering online-only worship services this Sunday at 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., through March 29.
You can participate in worship via live stream at 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on www.phpc.org/streaming, or listen to the service at 11 a.m. on 101.1 WRR. You can also watch on our Facebook page here. For those who have not watched or listened to our live stream, you can follow along with a worship bulletin here.
The church building is closed to non-staff members and all on-campus activities, classes and gatherings are canceled until March 30. We are taking these steps because we believe them to be in the best interest of everyone associated with the church and school. We believe our primary calling is to promote the well-being of our community, including our physical health.
We will reassess these plans regularly during this time. We are committed to keeping you updated as we know more. In the meantime, you can find the latest updates on our social media channels or at www.phpc.org/corona.
In the coming days, we will share ways to engage online with our pastors and with one another to enable us to continue living out our understanding that we trust all belong to God, and we live like we belong to one another.
Please stay safe and healthy!
Matthew, Sarah and Mark
