Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church hosted a Ramadan Dinner on May 16, alongside the Dialogue Institute of Dallas. After the Christchurch, New Zealand shootings, PHPC reached out to area mosques and organizations to express solidarity and offer prayer. The Dialogue Institute responded with an opportunity for interfaith dialogue and fellowship.
More than 90 people - including PHPC members and Muslims - broke the fast around 8:30 after hearing from members of the Dialogue Institute about the traditions surrounding Ramadan. It was a wonderful evening of conversation, laughter, and education.
