Sarah Bennett has been a member of PHPC since 2008, when she joined with her parents during her sophomore year at SMU. Since then, she has served on the communications committee; the generosity committee; and the Baker's Dozen committee. She recently ended her term on the diaconate, and you can most likely find her in the Youth House volunteering on Sunday nights (or chaperoning trips in the summer). Following nearly 8 years in editorial at D Magazine Partners, she acted as PHPC's interim director of children's ministry from 2020-2021. Now, she works as the director of communications at Northridge Presbyterian Church. A self-professed Anglophile, Sarah enjoys reading and writing and spending time with her fellow SMU alumni.
