Every-other month PHPC senior adults gather on a weekday afternoon for a time of fun and fellowship. It is a great place to make new friends and reconnect with folks you may have been missing. No reservations required, and bring a friend – the more the merrier. Dates and times will always be posted in the weekly eblast, the website calendar and the senior adult newsletter.
Presbyterian Women are looking forward to our new Bible study “Celebrating Sabbath: Accepting God’s Gift of Rest and Delight.” Presbyterian Women (PW) has a strong presence at PHPC. PW is open to all women, as everyone has something unique to offer. Part of PW’s purpose is “to build an inclusive, caring community of women that strengthens the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and witnesses to the promise of God’s kingdom.”
Join us for a hearty breakfast and a devotional that regularly features a guest speaker to bring insight to the topic of the week. We invite men of all ages to take advantage of this opportunity to enjoy some male camaraderie. Tuesday mornings at 6:45 a.m.

Every Thursday morning at 9 a.m. we gather in the Parlor for an hour long Yoga Flow. Whether you have never practiced yoga or you are an experienced yogi, this group will fill your needs. Experienced, professional instructors lead this time of joining breath, body and spirit in re-energizing flow with options to meet every level of experience. The fee is $25 a month, payable at the first gathering of the month. If you’d like to give the class a try, your first time is free.
Interested in improving your balance and coordination? Join our tai chi class, Thursdays from 1-2 pm in Jubilee Hall B. Led by a professional instructor, it just might be the low-impact wellness activity you are seeking. All are welcome. The fee is $30 a month per participant.
If you have an interest in flowers, gardens, and horticulture in general, join The Growing Saints Garden Club and meet some people who share the same interests as you! GSGC is open to members and friends of PHPC. Dues are $30/individual and $50/couple. Guests are always welcome! GSGC meets on the third Friday each month from September – May at 10:15 AM. Interesting speakers and occasional field trips offer fellowship and education!
Good Books, the Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church book club, meets the second Wednesday of the month from 2 – 3 p.m. in the church library from September to May. Visitors are welcome.
